Experience shapes Perspective.

My professional path began with craftsmanship. Training as a bespoke menswear tailor, pattern construction and a degree in clothing technology continue to form the foundation of my work.

For many years, I have worked independently with my own design studio and atelier. Collaborating with companies, designers and international teams has taken me through many areas of the fashion and apparel industry – from product management and collection development to pattern cutting, construction and technical implementation.

These experiences have taught me to see design in context. An idea must be understood, developed with precision and realised under real-world conditions. I am interested in why something has impact, and in how form, material and movement can make attitude and personality visible.

For me, the human being has therefore never stood at the end of a creative process. They have always been its starting point.

This work is complemented by photography, film and visual design. Art, architecture, literature, movement and the observation of everyday life shape my perspective, alongside the continuous refinement of my technical expertise and craftsmanship.

To me, experience means seeing more precisely, recognising connections and remaining open to new perspectives.

„Pattern making is more than just technique to me.
It’s attitude, precision, and identity.
